SWIM SENIOR SESSION | TOMPKINS HIGH SCHOOL | CLASS OF 2019

Hello Everyone!

I haven’t blogged sessions in SO LONG!!! There isn’t a great excuse other than my website getting a complete overhaul. I am still working on a LONG LONG blog showcasing all of my Class of 2019 clients. They are all such amazing seniors with big plans ahead~ they most definitely are worthy of a blog post!

In the meantime there are a few Class of 2019 sessions that warranted a blog sooner than later. Ali is one of those sweet seniors! Ali recently graduated from Tompkins High School. This young lady is so incredibly talented—whether it is her love for art or swimming, Ali is a rockstar! When she responded to the questionnaire I knew we were going to hit it off….she has so many interests! Not to mention the fact that she has a fun style!

Often times Ashley and I are asked about curly hair….the question being, “how do you manage curly hair?”…ha! ha! Well, I can assure you by sharing these images you will see hair that just looks amazing the entire time. Ashley has a knack for working with all hair types and for the girl with the little extra curl….she is your gal! Knowing we had a beauty with curls was so exciting, add Ali’s style to the mix and wah, lah…the session was perfection! We enjoyed a little bit of the park along with the fun of small town charm to create a fun look with glam.

Here are a few fun facts about Ali! Prepare to sit back and suddenly question if she secretly has extra hours added to her day courtesy of the man upstairs, because honestly-how does she do it? She is a member of The National Honor Society, and an officer in National Art Honor Society. She is part of a unique group, All-State (top 24) in high school swimming for the 100 yd Breaststroke. She is a member of Katy Aquatics National Level Team, by earning the Winter Juniors time cut. In addition to her swimming accomplishments, Ali finished among the top artists in the district in the annual rodeo competition.

Ali is the recipient of a scholarship at Savannah School of Art and Design, where she will compete on their swimming team and major in Illustration.

Ali, your session was one for the books! I truly appreciate all of our time together! Your swim spotlight session was epic for many reasons….ha! ha! The biggest one being you are incredibly talented and watching you share your love for swim with me made capturing it that much more fun! I am so excited to watch your adventures continue and I will see you at SCAD in 4 years!!! Your college senior session is going to be so over the top!

Enjoy…and keep your eye out for this one, she will be one to watch! xoxo Nikki
